The Resurrection & Everyday Life: The Resurrection & Sexism, Racism, and Bigotry

Injustice, wickedness, and violence pervasively impact those without power, agency, and rights. Systems and structures and individual actions of sexism, racism, and bigotry bring marginalization and even abuse. The allowance of such wickedness seems out of alignment with an all-powerful God. If the resurrection did not happen, that would be true. If the resurrection did happen, there must then be hope beyond these abuses of power. This week, we consider The Resurrection & Sexism, Racism, and Bigotry. Scripture Reading: Genesis 1:27; 16:1-13; 17:1-5 Every week you can also go to www.reh.nyc/currentseries for resources to assist you in further study.
